TIER ONE
Complete at least one signed lease with move-in each month to begin unlocking exclusive benefits.
1 LEASE
Receive the standard commission of 50% of the first month's rent.*
2-3 LEASES
Receive the standard commission plus a $500 bonus for each completed lease with resident move-in.*
TIER TWO
Complete 4 or more signed leases with move-ins to unlock our highest rewards.
4+ LEASES
Earn 2X your standard commission - equal to 100% of one full month's rent.*
BEYOND 4 LEASES
Every additional completed lease after the fourth continues to qualify for Gold Key benefits.
